Space solutions for a sustainable Arctic : Council adopts conclusions

The Council today adopted conclusions on the role of space-based services in ensuring a sustainable Arctic region.

In its conclusions, the Council encourages the Commission and the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Agency to collaborate actively with the European Space Agency (ESA), the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT) and other bodies to encourage space solutions for a sustainable Arctic.
